Our customers still reporting issues with vodafone callers who are trying to call them.

It seems that outbound calls have less issues, we advise to call the customer back in these cases. We have no further information about this issue from Vodafone yet, we are trying to get an estimate when this degraded voice performance will be fixed. Thank you for your patience!

Our customers are experiencing a 'robot' or 'cracky' noise on the phone while calling (inbound/outbound). Not all the calls are affected.

We are investigating this issue further and are in close contact with our provider.
